Just bought a used car roof cargo carrier. Its fiberglass, are there weight restrictions since it on my roof.?

1. Many owners manuals will list a limit to loads carried on the roof. If you cannot find this number, limit the weight to 100 lbs. What kind of car do you have? If we are talking about a convertible this number is lower, and if it is an armored personnel carrier this number will be higher.
