Where to go next?
I have pretty nice setup. I have 3 amps powering 2 (4 someday) subs, and all my components. I was just wondering what would be a good use of my car's stereo outputs (4 x 16rms). Should I get more component speakers? Where to put them? What kind? In a box? Also, I want to add 2 10" subs to my car but am almost out of room in the trunk. Is it possible to put them on the cargo deck (between 6x9's) or will that sound bad? I am open to any suggestions. I have a nominal skill level with audio stuff but am lacking in the customization field. So just don't suggest that I add speakers to the roof or something stupid like that. Please help, I have run out of things to waste my money on!

- Too much of a good thing (in this case) is a bad thing.
- Its not hard to put subs in the deck, but it is hard to make a good sub box for subs in the deck. Maybe if the subs are 12"s then maybe go for a bigger woofer, maybe two 15"s ?
- I have my HU, Alpine CDA-9830, powering my front speakers. 18watts RMS x 4. I have the front channels on my Alpine tweeters on the dash and the rear channels powering my 4x6's in the doors. Just enough power for the front stage. You could do this. I have my 2 channel Clarion APA-2104 powering my 6x9's in the rear deck as well as the 6.5's in the custom board across the trunk opening (back seat down). It's loaded @ 2Ohms by using two 4Ohm speakers on each channel. I also have an Alpine 7 band EQ (ERE-G160) powering some tweeters in the board also. My total RMS wattage above 80Hz equals about 250watts RMS. Or, just sell your current amps and get some more powerful ones. Just some ideas for ya. Good Luck!
