I'm paying $454 to get a roof rack & cross bar luggage carrier installed on my Odyssey is that too much? I'm getting this done at the dealership.

roof racks, kayaks, saturn vues and no luggage rack? I have a saturn vue, new in 2007. This vehicle did not come with a luggage rack. I have two kayaks that i want to attach to my car and drive a long distance going roughly 70 mph. It appears i'll have to install a permanent system, but i'm at a loss of where to start. Does anyone have any advice on where to buy luggage racks and then kayak carriers, or if there is an all in one set? Thanks!

Are roof rack cross rails interchangeable. Can I use my crossrails from my Durango on my Entourage Van? I have a 2004 Dodge Durango with roof rack and crossrails but my 2007 Hyundai Entourage does not have the crossrails. I am going on a trip this week and want to use a soft roof top luggage carrier that requires the crossbars. I wanted to know if there is any way to do this.

Does anybody know of a good Luggage carrier for a car without a rack? Does anybody know of a good luggage carrier to carry suitcases and whatnot for a 1,000 mile trip this summer? We used to have a Sears X-Cargo (i think that's what it was called) that did the trick. It had enough to hold about 8-10 decent sized suitcases. I'm looking for something similar that doesn't need a rack on the roof. It will be used on a Hyundai Elantra. Please point me in the right direction. I can't find anything useful on the web!

roof rack question? i have a hyundai santa fe with side rails roof rack but do not have the cross bars. can i safely strap a luggage carrier to the roof and transport it? what should i put under the carrier so it doesn't slide or scratch the roof? what is the best way to attach the carrier to the side rails?

We are renting a Toyota Sienna mini-van and have a luggage carrier. Do the average Sienna's have roof racks? They could not tell us at Enterprise until they have the van there. Also this may be a moot point because they could have another van altogether, but this is the van they list on their site.

2007 mazda tribute roof rack system? I want to purchase a soft side luggage carrier for a family member for Christmas that has a mazda tribute, but I need to know if its a 2 or 4 point system.
