How would you rate this car? Is it good for me or whats better? I wanted a Nissan 240sx but I think i'm going to be sucked into drifting too much and wear my tires out like nuts and have my dad getting on my case too much. He already doesn't want me to really drift and if he sees me spending money and changing my tires over and over hes going to catch on fast since he knows all about cars. I thought it over and i'm liking to get an Acura Integra from year 1994-2001. That body style. I know there is a B16 engine and a B18 and also the type-r. Id like to get a B18 but dont know what years would be good for it. I know this car is happy to be revved quite high and just thinking will it be right for me? Also I watch the hatachback version because I will be flipping my back seats down in winter to put snowboard through the trunk and into the back seats OVER TOP of my subwoofer box. Two 12" subs. I think it should lay out right or if all else fails put my roof rack on. I checked out auto trader and I should be able to afford one. Any sujjestions?

Subaru Outback is my choice due to its apperance and good gas mileage but I'm not sure about its reliability after reading reviews from carsurvey.org. http://www.carsurvey.org/viewmorecomments_review_56499_1.html I found a 1998 Subaru Outback on eBay. I want to know the red book value of a 2000 Ford Windstar LX? A/C power windows/locks, 4 doors and hatch, seats 7, auto starter/locks, immaculate paint, oil changed every 5000km, bug deflector and vent visors, cruise, CD/tape/am/fm, 3 power points, roof rack, 225,012km, tinted windows
Does any company make a trailer hitch to fit a 2006/7 Infiniti M35? Looking at getting a Used Infiniti 2006 or 2007 M35 or M45 and would like to have 1 1/4" hitch for a bike rack. My current bike rack, Yakima is roof mount, but it is so loud with wind that I stopped using my sunroof. Also, I'd like to keep the lines of such a nice auto undisturbed.
I am attempting to sell my 2004 Cadillac Escalade w/ 54K miles. How should I go about getting the best offer? Basic model - black, it's in good condition EVERYWHERE, windows tinted, one minor 1/4 square area where it got scratched [not horrible at all], DVD player, dark gray interior, AM/FM/XM equipped, A/C, running boards, rear air, seat heaters, ABS, dual power seats, power mirrors/windows/steering, roof rack, BOSE sound, air bags, parking sensors, cassette player, cruise control, 3rd row seats. I got it appraised at CarMax. They quoted $20,500. Ridiculous, huh?? What is the best way about getting a better offer than $20.5K? What range of $$$ is acceptable for my caddy? what should i do? classifieds, auto dealer, etc.
This is the question about the 1997 Ford Explorer and what kind of problems might I encounter owning one.? Ok I tried to add to my question before but it did not take or was not posted ??? So here goes. If this is the wrong way to add to the question then give me a hand on this. the Ford Explorer is a 1997 Eddie Bauer Limited Addition. V8 engine with auto trans. And Good Lord power everything. From the sun roof on down. I have no idea how to operate all those buttons on the radio or if it is really a radio. I bought this car from a car lot that specializes in consignment cars. So did not get to talk to the original owner. Except to know that he was the first owner. The interior is tan leather and is excellent condition for the 197,thosand miles on the car. The outside is also in excellent condition with no nicks dents or rust. A web check showed no replacement body parts or accidents with the car. It has the luggage rack on top and a trailer package Class III on the back. Oil looked good and had not been recently changed to hide anything. No noises or problems with with steering. No rattles or chasiss creaks. Power windows all work perfectly. Doors close properly, locks all electric and they work correctly. I got the car for $4500, he wanted $4900. The webb says $5500 for a good one. The only thing I have had to do to the car is air up the front tires. Does that help? Some of the answers sound like they may have gotten a real lemon. I hope this one is not. Of course if the original owner kept it that long it probably didn't give him much trouble. Sarge
I need help deciding which SUV is the better value for the money? I have negotiated with various car dealers and will be able to get very good prices on two cars: 1) a 2008 CX-9 Grand Touring FWD with navi, rear view cam, blind spot monitor, roof rack, 3d row, leather, etc. 2) 2008 Lexus RX400h AWD with navi, rear view cam, leather, and hybrid technology. The price difference between the two is $10k with the Mazda being the cheaper option. Here are the PROS: The Lexus has a longer warranty, better gas mileage (26 MPG city! vs 16 MPG for the Mazda), is a luxury car, has AWD, and has a good reputation and dealer. The Mazda has a third row, blind spot monitor, lots of features (i.e. keyless start; ipod connector), and was rated SUV of the year in 2008. It keep flirting with each option. Yahoo! autos rated the 5 year cost of owning the Lexus as lower than the Mazda. But, that is hard to believe. Is it better to invest the extra $10k into the Lexus (which I can afford to do) or save my money and buy the Mazda? Mike: Thanks for your answer. I suppose I was wondering if the extra $10k would buy some sort of advantage (perhaps that I have not thought about) over the Mazda that would warrant the extra money. Agreed that no car is an investment (unless it is a Duesenberg, gullwing Mercedes, or something of that ilk). I just want to put my money into something that will be reliable and comfortable for years to come. Also, low maintenance (since I hate car maintenance). I tend to keep cars for 5-8 years -- longer if they do not have lots of maintenance.
